<p>PURPOSE:To compact the size and increase the reliability of the title device of a copying machine, on which motion restricting members with an inward seat plate section are provided, by forming the seat plate section of the restricting member so that a part of it may be positioned lower than the upper surface of a seat material placing stand. CONSTITUTION:The inward extension seat plate section 21 of restricting members 2(I) and 2(II) is formed in a flat triangular shape with the top at its center, and the top of the triangular plate is extended forward and formed in a forward tilting inclined surface section 24. Then the forward tilting inclined surface section 24 is engaged in a lateral guide groove 11 formed on the upper surface of a sheet material placing stand 1. With this constitution, when the restricting members 2(I) and 2(II) are moved toward the sheet material, the inclined surface section 24 is always moved under the sheet material S. Thus, binding, etc., of the seat plate section on the sheet material can be prevented, enabling smoother operation of the restricting plates.</p> |
