<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently hang an upper member by providing a slipper upper adhesion molding device, a cold-mold device and a slipper member scraping device as a set. CONSTITUTION:The automatic hanging device of an upper member is constituted of a slipper upper adhesion molding device consisting of a foot mold 1 provided with the support piece of the upper member and the support piece of a slipper core plate on the heel side of a tread 1a, a horsechoe-shaped pressing mold 2 moved to approach the upper of the foot mold 1, and a pair of pressing plates 3 moved toward both sides of the tread 1a of the foot mold 1 and storing a heater, a cold-molding device B provided with a foot mold 1', a pressing mold 2', a pressing plate 3', and a cooling/circulating passage, and a slipper member scraping device C in which a roll 23 is rotated in the direction to spring up a slipper member to the tiptoe side. The adhesion molding of the slipper upper member and the core plate, the hardening of an adhesive by the cooling of the stuck slipper member, and the removal of the adhesion-molded slipper member can be automatically performed, thus productivity is improved.</p> |
