<p>PURPOSE:To maintain the function to recover a foreign matter on the surface of a roller for a long period by providing a scraping-off member for scraping off the foreign matter recovered on a foreign matter recovery roller. CONSTITUTION:Foreign matter D is stuck on the surface of a roller 26a such as resist rollers, etc., is recovered on a foreign matter recovery roller 28 on which the roller 26a makes contact roll. The foreign matter D recovered in this way is scraped off by a scraping-off member 29 and the surface of the roller 26a is kept clean. Thus, the function to recover the foreign matter D on the surface of the roller 26a can be maintained for a long period and the maintenance cycle of the roller 26a can be increased remarkably.</p> |
