PURPOSE:To enhance the construction precision of a photosensitive body in the axial direction and to render a wiping step unnecessary by coating a cylindrical substrate with a photosensitive film, then forming grooves on the part of a flange to be pressed into the inside of the substrate and corresponding to the end part of the substrate, and also forming plural protuberances on the part of the flange corresponding to the end face of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive film 24 is formed on the outer circumference 21 of the cylindrical substrate 2 by dip coating, the flange 1 provided with the grooves is pressed into the inside of the lower end part 2a of the substrate 2 and joined, the groove 11 is formed on the intruded part 12 of the flange 1 at the position corresponding to the lower part 2a of the substrate 2, the grooves 13 for an adhesive are formed on the part of the intruded part 12 except the groove 11, and the intruded part is joined to the inside 22 of the substrate 2 more inner than the inside of the part 2a coated with the film 24, and the plural protuberances 15 are formed on the part in contact with the end face 23 of the substrate 2 and intruded into the film 24 of the end face 23 and fixed at the position of the tops of the protuberances 15 in contact with the end face 23, thus permitting the construction precision in the axial direction to be enhanced and the wiping steps of the end face 23 and the inside 22 to be made needless. |
