DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING SYSTEM WITH THE FUNCTION OF THE DIGEST

The digital signal processing system comprises a digital signal storing device(10') storing the compressed video and audio signal; a decoder(50) for video restoring the video signal among signals provided from the digital signal storing a device back to an original state; a decoder(70) for audio restoring the compressed audio signal back to the original state; a microprocessor(30') analyzing an information of a digest group at a digest play mode set, controlling variably an output-velocity of the digital signal storing device according to the analysis result, transmitting continuously the only packets which corresponds to the digest group to the decoders for the video and audio, thereby the video and voice signal are summarized and played in a short period of time.
