PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a core and to prevent leak of expandable resin and also to reduce the number of a working stage by providing the projections to the abutting parts against a supporting part of the parts side and pressurizing the projections so as to cut into the supporting part and closely sticking the supporting part to the parts and thereafter burying the supporting part by a secondary foamed layer. CONSTITUTION:The aperture part 28 of an installment panel 20 is constituted of a composite sheet 38 wherein a skin sheet 34 is stuck to a foamed sheet 36, a primary foamed layer 40 made of rigid urethane foam, a buried insert member 42 and a secondary foamed layer 44 made of rigid urethane foam. The supporting parts 46, 48 for positioning and supporting the insert member 42 are formed in the primary foamed layer 40. Further the projections 54, 46 are formed to the abutting parts against the supporting parts 46, 48. When the secondary foamed layer 44 is formed by a secondary forming molding mold, the projections 54, 56 cut into the abutting faces against the supporting parts 46, 48 by clamping the secondary foaming molding mold and the insert member 42 is made a press-contacted state. In this case, the secondary foamed layer 44 made of rigid urethane resin is formed in the parts 42. |
