<p>PURPOSE:To perform deburring removal of cutting chips and washing thereof in one process of work by providing a connecting part removably connecting a deburring edge unit on the point end of a nozzle lance. CONSTITUTION:A deburring edge unit 8 corresponding to a degree of burr in a machined surface is connected to a connecting part 9. By rotating a nozzle lance 4, the edge unit 8 cuts the burr, and immediately removes those cutting chips by high pressure water jetted from a nozzle 7. And, the small burrs not completely cut out by the edge unit 8, are destructively removed by the high pressure water from the nozzle 7.</p> |
