The invention relates to pipe fittings. This valve comprises a membrane 3 which acts both as a stopper and as an actuator and which essentially comprises a chamber divided into two parts by the elastic membrane 3, a bypass branch 9 which connects to one another the inlet and outlet of the said chamber, a tube 10 which connects the said bypass branch to the upper part of the chamber, a needle valve 12 interposed in the bypass branch 9 and a spring which pushes the membrane 3 back towards the lower chamber. Main applications: pressure relief devices, valves, float valves, and electromagnetically, electrohydraulically, or electropneumatically controlled valves. <IMAGE>
