<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a treated water with high resistance to pH fluctuation and stable quality by filling an inorganic carrier to which anaerobic bacteria adhere in an acid producing tank to make organic materials in wastewater soluble and leading the wastewater, whose organic materials are decomposed into low molecular compounds, to a methane producing tank in which an organic carrier is filled for methanation. CONSTITUTION:In an acid producing tank 1 in which an inorganic carrier is filled, floating materials in water are filtered out by the inorganic carrier and at the same time, made soluble by the acid producing bacteria adhering to the inorganic carrier. Further, organic components made soluble are decomposed into low molecular organic acids. The resultant treated water which comes out from the acid producing tank 1 is gasified in a method producing tank 2 in which an organic carrier is filled. Since the treated water from an acid producing tank 1 contains a large amount of organic acids, its pH tends to be in acid side, but methane producing bacteria are protected by the organic carrier and therefore with little flowing out of the anaerobic bacteria, stable water quality with high resistance to pH fluctuation can be retained. Treatment period is also lessened.</p> |
