Concealed-installation side-mounted shower

A side-mounted shower intended for concealed installation contains a two-part basic body, of which part is anchored fixedly in the wall before the plaster and the tiles are applied to the wall. Thereafter, there is connected to said part a second basic-body part in which the shower head is fastened. This second basic-body part can be adjusted in a direction perpendicular to the wall surface, with the result that different plaster thicknesses and surface-cladding thicknesses can be compensated for. Consequently, the shower head can be mounted such that it is always in the same defined position with respect to the wall surface.
