<p>PURPOSE:To provide the title unit so designed that the sides and the ceiling are formed with a filterable material and the lower end of said sides is brought to special shape, thereby enabling boxes made of paper having uniform sidewall ends to be produced as paper stock can prevail to the end of the sidewalls. CONSTITUTION:A support 6 is fitted with a filterable mold 2 made by forming its sides and ceiling with a filterable material, and this mold is then immersed into a paper stock solution tank 1 followed by vacuuming the interior of the mold 2, thus obtaining a paper product on the outer surface of said mold 2 through papermaking process. Said filterable mold 2 is such that an end-forming part 7 is extended outward from the lower end of the sides and has a shape nearly corresponding to the end shape of the final product.</p> |
