The invention relates to the attachment of a wearing plate 3 on the inner side 2 of the wall 1 of disintegrating machines by means of an insert body 5 which fits with positive engagement into a cutout 4 in the wearing plate, consists of wear-resistant material, and has a projection passing through an opening 6 in the wall for attaching the wearing plate. According to the invention, however, the insert body 5 essentially fills only the cutout 4, the projection passing through the opening 6 in the wall 1 being formed by a bolt 8 whose head 9 is arranged with positive-locking engagement in the part of the insert body 5 facing the wall 1. <IMAGE>
