Housing system for accommodating electrical push-in units

It is intended to specify a housing system which can be installed in a flexible manner and can be extended as desired, in which electrical push-in units are secured against removal by unauthorised personnel. This object is achieved by means of a housing system which has a base (1), which can be mounted on a wall, and a number of housing frames (2) which can be arranged in a row, can be connected to one another and can be mounted on the base (1), the number of which matches the number of push-in units which it is required to accommodate. At least one bolt (17), which is mounted such that it can be displaced transversely with respect to the push-in unit located therein, is inserted into each housing frame (2), each bolt (17) located in a housing frame (2) being in contact with the bolt (17) arranged in the respectively adjacent housing frame (2) such that all the bolts (17) are displaced when one of the bolts is displaced. A hook on the bolts (17) engages in the housing frame (2) in a displacement position in front of the push-in units. Such a housing system is suitable, for example, for accommodating network terminating apparatus of an ISDN network.
