PURPOSE:To obtain sterile juice without causing harm resulting from a sterilizing agent and destruction of components by thermal sterilization in obtaining sterile juice by washing juice raw material with an agent, washing with water, roughly dehydrating and finely dehydrating. CONSTITUTION:Juice raw material washed with an agent by an agent washing device 1 is washed with water by a water washing device 9, roughly dehydrated by a roughly dehydrating device 20, finely dehydrated by a finely dehydrating device 21, stirred by a mixing tank 30 and adjusted to proper water content by a final water adjusting tank 33. Then the juice raw material is sterilized by a sterilizing device 44 under high pressure pressurized by a piston and packed by a packing device 43 in a sterile chamber 46 to give sterile raw juice. |
