The subject matter of the invention is a device having at least one carrier film (2) on which a metallic layer in the form of a conducting track (3) is applied. Through the conducting track (3) there flows a current which generates heat due to energy losses which, at least in one part of the conducting track (3), is a function of the value of a quantity to be measured.
