High corrosion resistance and high strength Al alloy is obtained by rapied solidification of a melt contains 0.2-15% or 0.5-15% at least one of Si, Ti, Zr, Nb, Ni, Cu and Mn and the balance Al. The structure comprises alpha-Al phase as mother phase containing superstructured alloying element to improve in the corrosion resistance and strength and intermetallic compoind phase and/or metallic phase dispersed in the mother phase, so alloy has good resistance and high strength and vickers hardness.
