<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate fixing of damper even in high position work by setting the damper body to a traveling vehicle and carrying the damper body on an overhead wire then lowering the damper body at a predetermined position and securing the damper body with clamp metals. CONSTITUTION:A damper body 20 is set to a traveling vehicle 1 under a state where an overhead wire is positioned between the damper body 20 and a clamp metal 26. Then the traveling vehicle 1 is moved to a predetermined position of the overhead wire and the damper body 20 is lowered, thereafter the overhead wire C is fitted in a wire grip groove 21 and a tightening bolt 25 is rotated to climb a clamp metal 26 thus securing the wire C in a wire grip groove 27 made in the clamp metal 26 and a wire grip groove 21 made in the damper body 20.</p> |
