The complete waste recycling system is for industrial, household and building waste. It separates the paper, glass and natural prods. Clear sludge is mixed with unusable old paper and/or other bio waste and methane fermenting is carried out. The mixt. is then mechanically dewatered, dried and used as fuel for asphalt mixing plants, melting chambers or fluidised bed firing. The plastics-contg. mixt. fraction is used along or together with organic auto shredder waste through pyrolysis or hydrolysis for liq. chemical raw materials. The inert residue contaminated only slightly with small amts. of organic residue is then sterilised in the exhaust stream of a furnace and the organic residue is coked or burnt. Metals are sorted from the thermally treated inert substances and reused. After removing the coke for distillation or ash the mineral inert residues are used as building or road making materials. Following a flue gas purificn. a known adsorptive after cleaning is carried out by lignite coke in a fluidised bed filter and the lignite coke is then burnt in the furnace.
