摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To quickly form the control data by storing the PWM output or the output of a servo amplifier while digitizing it in the time series as the real time control data and recording the working contents of the machine side synchronously with storage of the real control data. CONSTITUTION:A 1st control output detecting part 9 changes the analog voltage output of a current control part 3 into the digital value via an A/D converter 9a and detects it as one of output data on the actual control in an optional sampling cycle. A 2nd control output detecting part 10 changes the output of a servo amplifier 4 into the digital value via an A/D converter 10a and also detects it as one of output data on the actual control in an optional sampling cycle. At the same time, a position detecting part 11 of the machine side detects the working state of a mobile stage 6b in the same sampling cycle as those of both parts 9 and 10. The data obtained via these parts 9 - 11 are temporarily stored in a data store part 12 as the output data on the actual control and the working data on the stage 6b worked in the actual control mode in the series synchronously with each other. Thus the control output is quickly set.</p>
