PURPOSE:To shorten a time of one line printing or display and to simplify constitution or control of a microprocessor, etc., by forming switching means as a current composite circuit as a parallel connector or N pieces of unit switching units. CONSTITUTION:Switching circuits 18-1-18-m of an output transistor 18 and LEDs 19-1 to 19-m of a LED array integrated circuit 19 in an LED printer head driving integrated circuit 13 are connected one by one. A current composite circuit 18-1 has a current output type digital/analog converter 18-1a as a parallel connector of 15 of P-channel field effect transistors FT1-FT15 having substantially equal current capacity, and a single offset P-channel field effect transistor FOS1. Correction code data corresponding to a supply current value is so stored previously in a correction data storage ROM 12 as to correct in response to the intensity of the light emitted from the LED to be supplied, and the light emitting intensity of the LED is corrected to a reference value, thereby preventing an irregular printing. |
