Stacking block for damage-free stacking of tables - has movable cam moving out of its supporting position in table position

The stacking blocks have a bearing (20) for an axle stub (18) which is a fixed part of the folding leg (16) of the table. A cam (22) which is in driving connection with the axle stub is located in a position extending at right angles away from the table top (12) when the folding leg adjoins the table top. The axle stub and cam are pref. connected together by a drive mechanism such as a gear wheel gear or lever mechanism. The leg and cam have opposite swivel directions relative to the table top. USE/ADVANTAGE - To allow easy secure stacking of the folded tables without damage to the table tops. The cam does not impair the knee room in the useful position of the table. (4pp Dwg.No.1/2)
