PURPOSE:To form a thermally sprayed Zn film having always a uniform thickness even if the extrusion speed of an extruded material of Al, etc., changes by automatically adjusting the angle of a thermally spraying gun with the extruded material according to the extrusion speed of the extruded material at the time of forming the film on the surface of the extruded material by thermally spraying the Zn, etc. CONSTITUTION:The extrusion molding material 2 consisting of a metal, such as Al, is extruded from the extruder 1 and molten Zn, etc., are thermally sprayed onto the surface of the extruded material 2 by the thermally spraying gun 5 in order to improve corrosion resistance.
