<p>PURPOSE: To surely detect a little leakage fluid by providing a volume flaw meter to a branching channel so that a main valve is opened only when a flow late in the branching channel exceeds a specified valve. CONSTITUTION: When water is discharged from a conduit tube system, the water is supplied from a supplying part 18 through a branching channel 25, and the quantity of water is detected with a volume flow meter 5. But, when a required quantity of the water exceeds a specified value, and the volume stream of what is flowing through the branching channel 25 increases, the pressure in a throttle section, that is an absolute pressure in a pressure section 27, drops. A main valve 4 keeps opened only while the appropriate volume stream flows through the branching channel 25. Here, the valve 4 is so set as to be opened when the volume stream which flaws through the flowmeter 5 exceeds a measurement range. If the water is apt to flow backward into a main tube, a part of the water flows through the branching channel 25 and a check valve 26 is closed, and the pressure becomes higher than the pressure in the supplying part 18, and the valve is closed with a diaphragm 23.</p> |
