PURPOSE:To continuously and efficiently trap wax in gas by cooling wax catching members having nozzle holes arranged in a wax trap main body to solidify the wax, heating from outer part, melting and discharging the wax. CONSTITUTION:In the wax trap main body 10, plural wax catching members 20 parting the inner space thereof are fixed. The wax catching members 20 have alternately arranged nozzle holes 40 at inner wall sides of the above body 10, respectively, and also, are possible to be cooled with cooling pipe 30 penetrating these at lower temp. than the solidified point of the wax. The gas containing the wax gas is introduced from one end of this cylindrical wax trap main body 10 through an exhaust gas tube 72 of sintering furnace, etc., and allowed to flow. This gas passes while expanding the above nozzle holes 40 with pressure difference between two chambers, and the wax is cooled and solidified on the wax catching members 20 and trapped. This wax is heated with heaters 50 arranged at outer circumferential part of the above body 10 at higher temp. than the m. p. of the wax and taken out into a wax pot 61 through a discharge tube 12. |
