PURPOSE:To prevent a chalk mark from occurring since a fixing property and a dry hardening property of ink are excellent and wear resistance and an adhesion property of printed ink are good by a method wherein a transparent ink fixing layer having rubber resin and/or styrene resin as main components is formed on the surface of a layer easy to adhere of vinyl chloride copolymer resin sheet containing no plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:This offset printing sheet has a layer 5 easy to be adhered to on vinyl chloride copolymer resin 4 side of a multilayer sheet 2 prepared by piling up the vinyl chloride copolymer resin layer 4 containing no plasticizer, and a transparent ink fixing layer 6 having rubber resin and/or styrene resin as main components is formed on a surface of said layer easy to be adhered to. The vinyl chloride copolymer resin layer 4 has no plasticizer and, for instance, vinyl chloride-urethane copolymer is preferable. For the layer 5 easy to be adhered to, for instance, polyester primer is used, a composition of rubber resin composing the ink fixing layer 6 is, for instance, styrene-butadiene copolymer or the like, and a composition of styrene resin composing the ink fixing layer 6 is for instance, styrene alkyd resin or the like. The ink fixing layer 6 having a transparent surface is excellent in adhesion, absorptivity, and dry hardening property of printing ink. |
