PURPOSE: To lessen the production cost of a service valve and simplify the service valve production process by providing a bottle cap member with a flat upper face having a push-breakable film-furnished first upward protrusion, and a filter-fixed bottom face with an aperture extending up to the upper face. CONSTITUTION: Bottle cap member 10 of a nourisher set assembly relates to a part of intestinal nutriment container bottle 12. Intestinal nutriment contained bottle 12 is typically provided with a foil or a thin plastic film seal 13. Bottle cap member 10 is neither provided with ball 35 nor a housing for filter means 30 of the bottom cap member. First protrusion 25 and second protrusion 49 rise above upper face 45. Likewise with the ordinary protrusion fitted to a thimble of the bottle cap member, the first protrusion 25 is furnished with film at its proximal end. Since the bottle cap member 10 has a filter material welded thereto, which is thermally bonded to the bottle cap member bottom face after the bottle cap member body is formed, no ball and no housing for an ordinary filter means are necessary. |
