PURPOSE:To easily check the result of simulation and to shorten the developing period of a program by executing the simulation to edited program data according to test data having an expected value and displaying oscillation and a position when the result is oscillated. CONSTITUTION:The simulation is directly executed according to a logical table edited by a program editor Ea and a test table edited by a test data editor Eb. A result 23 of this simulation is displayed and when it is judged that the simulation result 23 is oscillated, the oscillation of the simulation result 23 and the position of the oscillation are displayed. Accordingly, when the program or test data 22 is changed or corrected and the simulation is executed, it can be judged that the result of the simulation is not determined to 'H' and 'L' or depends on the oscillation. Then, the simulation result can be easily checked. Thus, the debugging period can be shortened and the developing period of the program can be shortened.
