PURPOSE: To obtain a composition including a 7-oxabicycloheptaneprostaglandin analogue, which is a thromboxane A2 receptor antagonist, and useful for suppression or retarding of the stigma of arteriosclerosis, or treatment of the arteriosclerosis.
