PURPOSE:To protect a control base board and floor surface from the heat emitted, by covering the whole undersurfaces of a pan to be heated and a heating coil with a heat shutoff plate, and by locating it above the control base board. CONSTITUTION:The whole undersurfaces of a pan to be heated 11 and a heating coil 12 are covered with a heat shutoff plate 22, which is located above a control base board 15. Accordingly the pan 11 is heated directly by the heating coil 12, and a major part of generated heat serves for heating the pan 11. The heat emitted from the pan 11 and coil 12 is reflected by the heat shutoff plate 22 formed from an Al plate as provided below, so that temp. rise in the body of a cooking apparatus concerned is suppressed low. This provides protection of the floor surface and control base board 15 from high temp. |
