PURPOSE:To prevent an ultrasonic motor from wearing and lengthen the lifetime thereof by supplying fine-powder-mixed oil to a slider between a stator and a rotor. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor comprises piezoelectric elements 22, a collar 21, and terminal plates 25, which are fixed to a stator 23 with a through bolt 31, and a rotor 26 fixed by pressurization to a tip screw 33 through a bearing 27, etc. Oil 29 in which organic matter, metal, and ceramic fine powder is mixed is applied between a stator tip 24 and the rotor 26 to form a fine powder accumulation layer 30 acting as a slider face. |
