PURPOSE: To easily perform assembly so as to obtain a structure using an injection molding part, by providing a single path valve in a gas flow orifice, freely advancing gas into the compression volume, and impeding an escape in the opposite direction from the volume. CONSTITUTION: A transverse partition 34 is formed by an insulation plastic material part 52, mounted in a casing by a small space and held in a prescribed position, in the part 52, a central orifice 54 making a movable contact pass through the to guide it is formed, a gas flow orifice 64 is provided with a single path valve 62. Gas passes through the partition 34 to freely advance into a compression capacity, but an escape is impeded in the opposite direction to the gas flow orifice 64. In this way, assembly is facilitated, an electrode unit provided with a simple structure using an injection molding part can be obtained. |
