摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption rate of a purified gas used for regeneration, by performing the regeneration of an H2O adsorbing tower by desorption with the purified gas, and performing the regeneration of a CO2 adsorbing tower by evacuation. CONSTITUTION:When an H2O adsorbing tower 21 and a CO2 adsorbing tower 28 are on the verge of saturation after adsorbing the prescribed quantities of H2O and CO2 respectively, an adsorption is performed at the side of an H2O adsorbing tower 22 and a CO2 adsorbing tower 24, and a regeneeration is performed at the side of the absorbing towers 21 and 28 by reversing respective changeover valves. A purified gas is continuously obtained by using the H2O adsorbing tower 21, CO2 adsorbing tower 28 and the H2O adsorbing tower 22, CO2 adsorbing tower 24 while exchanging them alternately. Thus the consumption of the purified gas used for the regeneration is reduced because the regeneration of the CO2 adsorbing towers 28, 24 is performed by evacuation. The regeneration by the evacuation is more efficient as compared with a method of washing out the adsorbed CO2 by the purified gas, because the vacuum regeneration lowers the pressure in the towers 28, 24 forcibly.</p>
