<p>PURPOSE:To improve the transmission quality by controlling an output/input ratio of a packet in accordance with the precedence of the packet and a combination of stagnations of a buffer. CONSTITUTION:The output frequency of a packet of buffers (2-1)-(2-4) is controlled by output permitting signals ACK(pr1)-(pr4) stored in a ROM 30 of an output control part. To the ROM 30, output request signals Req(pr1)-(pr4) from the buffers (2-1)-(2-4), stagnation signals Utr1-4 of each buffer from a comparator 6, and a count value Q of a counter 4 are inputted in advance. When any of the stagnation signals Utr1-4 is not generated, and the signals Req(pr1-4) are generated, one of memory planes is selected, and the signal ACK is outputted. Subsequently, an address in the line direction in the memory plane is selected successively by a count value Q of the counter 4, and the signal ACK which is set to an address in its row direction is outputted. In such a way, both of immediateness and rejectiveness are satisfied and the transmission quality can be improved.</p> |
