PURPOSE:To effectively produce human serum albumin protein fragment by preparing plasmid containing DNA sequence coding human serum albumin protein fragment comprising central part of human serum albumin. CONSTITUTION:Host is transformed by plasmid containing DNA sequence coding human serum albumin protein fragment composed of central part of human serum albumin or fused protein composed of central part of human serum albumin and other polypeptide. Next, resultant transformed host is cultured to manifest human serum albumin protein fragment or fused protein containing said fragment. Then, in a case of manifesting fused protein, human serum albumin protein fragment is cut out from the fused protein, as desired, to produce human serum albumin protein fragment or fused protein containing the fragment. |
