NUMERICAL CONTROL PROGRAM PRODUCTION DEVICE USING PATTERN INPUT

PURPOSE:To automatically produce a control program in a short time by producing a source program base on the coordinate form information inputted via the graphic information and translating and executing the source program for production of the control program. CONSTITUTION:A drawing plate is put on a tablet 41 and the working size and form are designated by a pen 42 in a drawing area. Then a specific drawing point is designated in the drawing area. When a pattern is inputted, a pattern input device 4 sends the coordinate form information corresponding to the graphic information to a host computer 1 via a circuit 5. A program production means 11 produces a source program to produce a control program and stores it in a magnetic disk device 2. Such a process is repeated by an extent equivalent to a pattern to be designated. When the input of a pattern is through, a translation/execution means 17 is started to take the source program out of the device 2 to translate and execute it. This execution result is outputted to a paper tape output device 3 to produce a control program for control of a numerically controlled working device.
