PURPOSE:To improve linearity of fine tubes and to avoid reduction of output of an ion laser tube by a method wherein when graphite disk fine tubes of a large number penetrating insulating supporters interposing insulating spacers between them are to be arranged in parallel in a package for laser tube, and a graphite disk anode having an introducing metal bar is to be provided at one end thereof, prings are interposed between them. CONSTITUTION:A cathode 4 is provided at an open end on one side of the package 8 for laser tube, the graphite disk anode 5 is arranged at another end, and the introducing metal bar 6 provided thereto is made to penetrate the wall at the tube end to be led out outside. Then the graphite disk fine tubes 1 of a large number penetrating the insulating supporters 2 interposing the insulating spacers 3 between them are arranged in parallel between the cathode 4 and the anode 5, and the fine tubes 1 facing each other at the end parts are connected to the anode 5, however arrangement is performed as follows at this time. Namely, the supporters 2 are not directly connected continuously, but are connected using the springs 9. Accordingly the introducing bar 6 is not bent when electric discharge is generated, and the fine tubes 1 are held in parallel always. |
