<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a proper 3 primary colors signal by inputting plural 1st type television signals to form one luminance signal, outputting the signal and outputting a color signal of the 1st type television signal for a time corresponding to the 2nd type television signal from the compressed time with time expansion. CONSTITUTION:Plural 1st type television signals are inputted to a time base scanning conversion circuit 30, from which one luminance signal Y is generated and outputted. Moreover, a time base expansion circuit 41 applies expansion for a time corresponding to the 2nd type television signal from the time compressing a color signal of the 1st type television signal. Thus, a band compression television signal is easily converted into a 3 primary colors signal not applied with band compression processing by the NTSC system or the like.</p> |
