PURPOSE:To maintain the high dust removal and deodorization capacities for a long period by performing dust removal in an electrified state and performing adsorption, desorption and decomposition at the specified temp. respectively. CONSTITUTION:When the gas contg. dust and odorous components is passed through an electrification device 8, dust is charged to negative and introduced into a dust removal filter 9 charged to positive and removed. The gas after dust removal is passed through a shutter 22 at 5-30 deg.C and introduced into an adsorption process constituted of an adsorptive material 32 consisting of activated carbon. When the adsorptive material 32 has been saturated by the odorous components, a microcomputer b2is controlled by the signal of a first odor sensor a2 and the shutter 22 is closed. Then the adsorptive material 32 is heated at 30-100 deg.C by a heating heater 42 and the odorous components are desorbed and the adsorptive material 32 is regenerated. When desorption of the odorous components is started, a shutter 52 is opened and the odorous components are introduced into a deodorization process consisting of a deodorization catalyst 62 and heated at 10-100 deg.C by a heating heater 72, decomposed and deodorized. The above-mentioned respective processes are repeated. |
