<p>PURPOSE: To make it possible to operate in a wide wavelength range with large area by connecting to an element formed of superconducting material and constituting an apparatus for measuring the resistance value of the element. CONSTITUTION: An element 1 formed of a superconducting material is provided on a substrate S, and a generator 2 is connected to the element 1. To measure the resistance of the element 1, means having a resistor 3 of a predetermined value and a voltage measuring unit 4 is connected to the element 1. The resistor 3 is formed in the shape of a resistive layer connected in series with the element 1. The element 1 is emitted by a radioactive beam on a region indicated by a circle in the drawing. The emission induces the operation of optical resistivity in the element 1, the resistance of the element 1 is varied, and the current sent by the generator 2 is changed. The unit 4 measures the voltage at the terminal of the resistor 3, and measures the current circuiting in the element 1.</p> |
