PURPOSE:To produce burdock-containing paste product without causing bad products resulting from bending of burdock by using thin cylindrical burdock prepared by heating raw burdock and then thinly cutting. CONSTITUTION:Raw burdock is heat-treated by boiling or steaming and cut into a desired shape by strip cutting or uniform cutting to give cylindrical material of burdock. Then the thin cylindrical material of burdock is used as a core material, rolled in ground fish meat and made into a paste product by a conventional procedure. |
