PURPOSE:To provide homogeneous thermal denaturation of bean-curd refuse of raw 'GO' (ground soybean liquid) and soybean milk by providing and connecting plural steaming pipes consisting of a small-diameter boiling pipe part and large-diameter aging pipe part connected to the boiling pipe part and carrying out boiling and aging of the raw 'GO' in each steaming pipe. CONSTITUTION:Plural steaming pipes 20 composed of a boiling pipe part 31 formed into a small diameter and an aging pipe part 32, connected to the boiling pipe part 31 and formed into a large diameter are provided. An introduction port 22 for raw 'GO' is arranged in the boiling pipe part 31 of each steaming pipe 20 and a discharge port 26 is provided in the aging pipe part 32. A steam jetting pipe 36 for jetting steam is simultaneously inserted into the interior of the boiling pipe part 31 of each steaming pipe 20. Discharge ports 26 and introduction ports 22 of the mutually adjacent steaming pipes 20 in the plural steaming pipes 20 are connected with connecting pipes 28 and arranged to continuously carry out boiling and aging. As a result, temperatures of bean-curd refuse of the raw 'GO' and soybean milk are uniform and thermal denaturation of the beancurd refuse and soybean milk can be homogenized. Thereby, products of good quality can be produced. |
