PURPOSE:To utilize a solution processing unit conforming to an applied problem out of the plural types of the units by solving the applied problem with the use of the solving processing unit. CONSTITUTION:After data are stored through a human computer interface (HC) I part 1, a problem classifying mechanism 2 classifies the data based on the three points of a job, a machine and a restriction. The problem classifying mechanism 2 first classifies the problem into eight types based on the data of the job and machine, the problem of the parallel machines is eliminated by the classification, and a corresponding basic problem solving method is selected. Concerning the parallel machine problem, based on the ratio of the fixed job to be one of the restrictions to the all jobs, the problem is classified into further four types. For example, to the plural machine problems of the static job, in which the ratio of the fixed job exceeds 20%, a discovered planning method solution processing unit 6-1 and a successive improving method solution processing unit 6-2 are applied by combining them in stages. Thus the problem solving means conforming to the problem can be utilized. |
