PURPOSE: To contrive the formation of an inert layer without having to stop the machine without demetallization by a method wherein two layers of dielectric films which have each surface covered with a metallized film with margins left on the opposite side each other, are shifted from each other by a prescribed width to wind the dielectric films and thereafter, the dielectric films are shifted from each other in the direction opposite to the longitudinal direction to wind the dielectric films on as the inert layer. CONSTITUTION: Dielectric films 10 and 20 are respectively covered with metallized films 11 and 21 with lateral margins 12 and 22 left. The layers 1 and 2 are shifted from each other by a prescribed width (a) to wind the layers 1 and 2 on large-diameter wheels and a parent body capacitor connectable with metal materials 3 and 4, which are used as electrodes on both sides of the capacitor, is formed. After this, the layers 1 and 2 are shifted from each other in the opposite direction to the longitudinal direction to wind the layers 1 and 2 on the wheels, whereby an inert layer is formed. According to this method, the expensive metallized films are used as the inert layer, but a winding-in of the inert layer is continuously possible without having to stop the machine without contamination due to a demetallization. |
