<p>PURPOSE:To prevent mis-deletion due to the mistake of the operator by processing a picture data while a means deleting an icon representing the picture data from an icon management window when the delete processing is commanded and a means deleting a real picture data separately. CONSTITUTION:The operator uses a pointing device 7 to open an icon management window including a delete object picture data. Then the icon of the delete object picture data is selected to give a delete command. The selected icon of the picture data is deleted from the said icon management window. Then the delete data management window belonging to the said icon management window is opened. Then the icon of the 1st aborted picture data is selected from the opened delete data management window and the operator applies delete command as to the deleted picture data. Then after the delete command, the confirming message for the operator is again displayed. Thus, mis-delete due to the mistake of the operator is prevented.</p> |
