PURPOSE:To improve processing efficiency by operating a screen requiring means, and displaying a help sentence suitable for a case when the confirmation of the definition of a handling classification is desired. CONSTITUTION:On the way of a charge processing procedure, when an operator requires the display of a help screen (an interpreting column screen, a complementary screen, and a detailed screen), the operator operates a screen requiring means HLP. According to the display request of the help screen by means of the screen requiring means HLP, a display control means 5 displays the help screen. Thus since the screen requiring means HLP can be utilized according to the mastering degree of the operator, even the unskilled operator or the skillful operator can form an operable (convenient) freight charge processor for transporting material, and the processing efficiency can be improved. |
