<p>A buckle (6) and harness (4) includes shoulder strap portions (8A, 10A), lap strap portions (8B, 10B) and a crotch strap (12). The buckle (6) has a latch (not shown), openings (22, 24) and a blocking bar (26) and spring (28) preventing access to the opening (24). The strap portions are attached to the buckle (6) by tongues (16C, 18C; 44A, 46E) on attachment means (16, 18; 44, 46). The tongue (16C; 44A) are inserted first into the buckle (6) to displace the blocking bar, allowing the tongue (18C; 46E) to pass through slots (16D; 44B) and engage a latch (not shown) in slot (18D, 46F).</p> |
