The machine consists of the container (1) of liquid equipped with the inflow (2) and with at least one outlet die (3). In the area of the outlet die (3) there is on the holding device (4) placed at least one rotor (5) made by the body of rotary shape. The rotor (5) has an extent divided with the plain (6) of the largest diameter into two parts (9, 10) with different size, whilst the first part (9) of the rotor (5) turned to the outlet die (3) has larger extent than the second part (10) of the rotor (5) turned off the outlet die (3).
