<p>An interactive computer-aided graphics system (10) which particularly enables creation, revision and utilization of computer graphics images in correlation with transparency images. The system (10) includes projectors (13 and 20) for superimposing a computer image over a transparency image on a screen (31). Such superimposition enables visual correlation between the images such that the computer image, itself, can be modified in relation to the transparency image. Control of the computer image is achieved by a liquid crystal display (26) positioned in the path of a light beam from a projector adapted to interface with existing transparency projection tables and/or aperature card readers. A conventional CAD (30) system is linked with such a liquid crystal display for additional enhancement. A scanner may be used to further facilitate the system, and features for the CAD system may also enable the making of takeoffs and estimations of job plans. Rebated methods of facilitating graphic processes is also provided.</p> |
