The invention relates to a dispenser of small-sized granules, particularly for pharmaceutical use and more especially for homeopathic treatments. The device comprises an elongate case 2, the granules 10, a holder 4 forming a dispensing receptacle, engaged by the open end of the case for the fitting of a bush 5 which is coaxial with the holder, and a detachable cap 8, and is characterised in that the bush 5 is fitted such that it slides on the holder 4 over a predetermined distance, slightly greater than the diameter of a granule, the holder being provided, inside the case, with a helical ramp 15 having a funnel profile ending in an orifice 11 for the outlet of single granules and, on the other hand, a mask 16 delimiting with the ramp a path followed by the granules towards the outlet orifice, the sliding bush comprising an agitating finger 13 fixed on the internal surface of this bush and having a rear extension 19 folded towards the inside such that the displacement of the bush with respect to the holder allows the engagement of granules between the ramp and the mask up to the outlet orifice. <IMAGE>
