NEW MATERIAL:The ethanone oxime of formula I (R<1> is cycloalkyl, aryl, aralkyl, etc.; R<2> is H or 1-3C alkoxy; R<3> is piperidino, piperazino, etc.) and its acid addition salt. EXAMPLE:2-(4-Methylpiperazin-1-yl)-1-(d-phelylthio-phenyl)-ethanone oxime. USE:An antiulcer agent. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be produced according to the reaction formula by oximating (hydroxyiminating) an amino ketone of formula II by conventional process. The hydroxylamine used in the oximation may be isolated form or hydrochloride and its amount is 1-20 equivalent based on the compound of formula II. |
